The American Medical Student Association (AMSA) is a national organization. AMSA@FAU is the Pre-Medical chapter at Florida Atlantic University (to view the official FAU Owl Central page click here). We offer various opportunities to be involved in the Pre-Health community at FAU specifically for those wishing to attend medical school. Our members participate in The Bahamas Medical Mission Trips, anatomy labs involving cadavers, volunteering at local organizations, Kaplan workshop visits, and plenty more. (You can view our upcoming events here) Most importantly, through our organization, our members are able to make friends that can accompany them along their journey through their pre-med years and even through medical school! The AMSA Family is always growing so come out to our third general body meeting on Wednesday, November 9th in the Grand Palm Room (Student Union). The doors will open at 5:45pm!
